A hotel room allotment “CDIO Fall Meeting 2009” is made for congress delegates and it is valid until 28th August 2009. After that the hotel can no longer guarantee the availability with special rates mentioned in reservation form.

 

To book a room from Sokos Hotels, please print this hotel reservation form and return it by fax or attached e-mail message directly to the hotel. Hotel contact information can be found in the reservation form.

All reservation changes and cancellations must be done in writing and directly to the Sokos Hotels, Turku / Sales Service Centre (Monday-Friday) by email sales.turku@sokoshotels.fi or by fax. +358 (0)2 231 1010.  Please notice that the conference guests are responsible for all the costs and details of arrangements concerning accommodation.
